“As we provided them [youth] along with educational opportunities, we also provided technical and vocational training. In addition, we have provided all the arrangements, including digital training, IT and facilities for e-commerce, â€said Hasina.
Hasina highlighted his government’s efforts to keep a separate allocation in the national budget to encourage young entrepreneurs and said anyone who wants to become an entrepreneur can be nowadays.
“Work and provide employment opportunities to others. Be an entrepreneur. The Awami League government has taken all the necessary steps to get more people into entrepreneurship. “
Bangladesh, being a “digital nation,†made communication easy, Hasina said. “Now we have the opportunity to learn more about buying, selling, price and quality. We know more about the markets and the demand for products.
She recalled her government’s initiative to provide unsecured loans to young people when they first formed government. To continue this effort, they created Karmasangthan Bank, she said.
“We have also introduced the Prabashi Kalyan Bank to provide loans to migrant workers who return home and plan to do something. This bank, too, grants unsecured loans. This is how we created several facilities.
