A California-based industrial builder has pressed the start button for a massive new business park in West Fort Worth.
The 520-acre Majestic Silver Creek Business Park is being constructed on the west side of the 820 Loop at Silver Creek Road.
Land has been thrown on the first major warehouse, a speculative 1.1 million square foot building that will open in mid-2023.
“Our long-term vision and unwavering commitment to West Fort Worth is coming to fruition as we help launch this new submarket,” Majestic Realty’s Kyle Valley said in a statement. “This is a major investment and a significant opportunity that could not be realized without the strong partnership we have with our colleagues in the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.”
The West Fort Worth project is part of 2.3 million square feet of industrial space that Majestic Realty plans to develop over the next 14 months in Fort Worth.
“If anyone in Fort Worth is optimistic, it’s Majestic,” Valley said. “At a time when some are choosing to pump the brakes a little, we’re going full throttle.”
In addition to the new West Fort Worth Business Park, Majestic Realty is adding space to its 320-acre Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park located near Highways 20 and 35W.
Majestic is beginning Phase II construction with a 781,544 square foot speculative building to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.
“The growing demand, coupled with the lack of availability for buildings over 700,000 square feet in the market, has prompted us to move forward on what will be the largest building available under construction in this submarket.” , Valley said.
