Clifton Trade Bathrooms Ltd moved into the new units in Vanguard Park in January to begin fitting out and launched a pork roast for customers this month.

Carl Muramaa, Operations Manager at Clifton Trade Bathrooms, said: “We are delighted to bring our high quality bathrooms to Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. Vanguard Park is an ideal base for our new showroom and with frontage on the main road, it’s easy for new customers to find us.

“Morris Property has an excellent reputation in Shropshire. The quality of the building, as well as its development, is second to none and we are delighted to showcase our products here. »

Vanguard Park is one of the most successful business parks in the region, offering more than 237,000 square feet of showrooms and trade counters for local, national and international businesses.

Rental of all three units was arranged by Vanguard Trade Park’s sole agent, Toby Shaw. He said: “This retail park has proven incredibly popular over the past 10 years and is known locally for its flexible spaces, modern design and first-class site management. It is a pleasure to welcome Clifton Trade Bathrooms to the end units. With its prime location and easy access to the M54 and A5 motorways, they are ideally placed to provide new services to Shropshire.
